Josephine Herman joined the Vance Center in August 2025 as Staff Attorney for the Public Interest Reporting Program. She works with international journalism clients as well as U.S.-based clients of the Lawyers for Reporters program. Josephine brings more than ten years of combined experience in immigration law and the nonprofit sector.
