Ikenna Emehelu of Norton Rose and Meriam Al-Rashid of Dentons have joined the Vance Center Committee.
At Norton Rose, Emehelu helps sponsors, lenders and equity investors structure, negotiate and document project financing, acquisition and divesture of power, energy, transportation and other major infrastructure projects.
At Dentons, Al-Rashid, is the US Head of Public International Law and Investment Disputes. She is also a member of Dentons’ Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group where she focuses on public international law including issues related to human rights, international investment and commercial arbitration and risk management, covering various industries across the globe, including infrastructure, oil and gas, mineral resources, hospitality and real estate.
With these additions, the Vance Center Committee has 41 members, including representatives of 30 law firms.
