Vance Center Co-Organizes Workshops for Pro Bono Network of the Americas

July 2021

The Vance Center and Fundación Pro Bono Chile convened the final segment of the annual conference of the Pro Bono Network of the Americas with private workshops for clearinghouse members. This year’s workshops focused on leveraging social media and technology platforms and developing effective communication strategies as ways to strengthen members’ institutional frameworks.

Following a survey identifying clearinghouse needs, which focused on use of social media, Liz Clyne and Stefanie Christopher of  Hughes, Hubbard & Reed provided training to clearinghouse executive directors and communications managers on the professional social media platform LinkedIn. In addition, Fundación Pricewaterhouse Coopers Chile executive director Sharoni Rosenberg  offered a session on strategies for aligning organizational mission and purpose.

The workshops concluded with an executive session to discuss the Network’s work plans for 2022.
